This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is remarkable. The hotel's location next to the nearby bridge is a major advantage, as it is very near to the ski lifts and slopes. The staff provides excellent service, making sure that all your needs are met. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms with private bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.

kind host running the hotel. we had an electric kettle and a refrigerator at our disposal. near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. this property is equal to 3 stars.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, being very near to ski lifts and close to the Happo One ski area. Additionally, it is conveniently located close to all the restaurants in the area. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and the hotel provides basic amenities along with rooms that have private bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast during their stay.
Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the nearby bridge and within close proximity to the Happo One ski area, making it a great choice for avid skiers. the area is also surrounded by many excellent restaurants, providing guests with plenty of dining options. the ski locker is well organized, and breakfast is a highlight of the stay.
The hotel's room floors are grubby, which detracts from an otherwise comfortable stay.

We loved the location of this hotel; It was convenient to get to and from this city via affordable transportation. The hotel facilities including the clean onsen and locker area to store our ski equipment were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both ski hire stores and a variety of eating places. the staff were professional and welcoming, making us feel most welcome every day. We especially enjoyed the nice view from our window and the full, size bath for relaxing after a long day on the slopes.

This hotel had everything we needed for a fantastic skiing trip. The location was superb, being very close to the Happo One ski area and within walking distance of all the restaurants. The staff were extremely accommodating and the rooms were comfortable, with private bathrooms. The breakfast provided was a great way to start the day on the slopes.
No major complaints, everything was fine.

Good restaurant nearby and conveniently located near ski lifts. Enjoyed the onsen after a long day of skiing.
Outdated and dingy rooms. The staff had limited English and did not offer much help.
